About the Artist

I'm William Toliver, the artist behind WHTART. I started creating as a way to cope, to heal, and to feel seen in a world that often wants us to shrink. What began as personal therapy evolved into a mission: to make art that dares to imagine the impossible and invites others to do the same.

I’m a multidisciplinary artist based in Dallas, Texas, known for blending raw emotion with technical mastery. Working primarily in acrylics and graphite, my goal is to tell honest stories about the human experience. Each piece is rooted in personal truth; moments of joy, resistance, healing, and transformation.

Through layered, emotional worlds, I aim to challenge assumptions and offer new ways of reconnecting with oneself.

So dream loudly. Break the mold. And know you're not alone in wanting more.
Because here, we defy gravity. Together.
